We offer pediatric occupational therapy in Vancouver both at our clinic inside City Square (555 W 12th Ave) and out in the community — at your home, your child's daycare, preschool, or school. Our Vancouver clinic gives families a dedicated, sensory-rich space, while our community-based sessions bring therapy into the environments where your child spends their day.

We support children with autism, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, motor challenges, handwriting difficulties, feeding concerns, and social-emotional development.

Whether at our clinic or in your community, sessions include functional assessment and goal-oriented intervention. We collaborate with your family, teachers, and existing support team so gains carry into everyday routines.

We provide community-based OT throughout Vancouver, including the East Vancouver, Mount Pleasant, and surrounding neighbourhoods — plus clinic-based sessions at City Square for families who prefer to come to us.

Our Vancouver Clinic

Our clinic is located at #470 – 555 W 12th Ave, inside City Square, within Speech Meta Vancouver. It's outfitted with sensory-based equipment that helps children feel grounded and ready to engage — supporting self-regulation, participation, and skill-building in a calm, purpose-built setting. Two (2) hours of free parking is included for every visit.
