We want therapy to be as accessible as possible.
Here’s everything you need to know about how to pay - and how to get funded.
Credit Card & E-Transfer
We accept online payments by credit card or e-transfer — quick, secure, and easy. Payment is due at the time of your session.
Receipts are provided for every session with our COTBC registration number, ready for insurance claims.
Direct Billing Available
We offer direct billing (no upfront cost to you) for the following funding programs:
Extended Health Benefits
Most employer benefits plans cover OT — typically $500–$2,000/year. Pay at the time of your session, and we'll give you a detailed receipt to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
Check your plan before your first visit — your HR department or benefits provider can confirm your OT coverage.
Autism Funding Unit (AFU)
Up to $22,000/year (under 6) or $6,000/year (ages 6–18) for children with an ASD diagnosis. Direct billing available — no upfront cost.
Note: AFU is being replaced by the new BC Disability Benefit by March 2027. See our funding update section for details.
At-Home Program
BC's CYSN At-Home Program supports children with various medical needs and disabilities. Covers OT, equipment, respite, and more. Direct billing available. Requires a pediatrician referral.
Variety — The Children's Charity
Variety provides equipment and therapy funding for children with disabilities across BC. Direct billing available. Check their website for eligibility and application details.
CKNW Kids' Fund
CKNW's charitable fund supports children with disabilities through therapy funding. Direct billing available. Reach out to us to learn more about eligibility.
Autism Canada
We are a proud partner of Autism Canada — a national charity connecting families to resources, funding guidance, and community support for children with autism.
Private Pay & Extended Health
Private pay by credit card or e-transfer is always welcome. For extended health benefits, pay upfront and submit your receipt to your provider for reimbursement.

Our Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows us to offer your spot to another family on the waitlist and ensures your clinician has adequate time for treatment planning — which happens well before you arrive.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be billed for the full session duration. We truly appreciate your understanding — it helps us keep delivering the best care for every family we serve.
